Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking
Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking is a public-private partnership which contributes to the general objectives of the Horizon Europe Regulation. Its general objectives are: to contribute to the objectives set out in the 2030 Climate Target Plan and the European Green Deal, by raising the EU’s ambition on reducing greenhouse gas emissions to at least 55% below 1990 levels by 2030 and climate neutrality by 2050; to contribute to the implementation of the 2020 European Commission’s Hydrogen Strategy for a climate neutral Europe; to strengthen the competitiveness of the Union clean hydrogen value chain; to stimulate clean hydrogen production, distribution, storage and end use applications.
